Foundation Capital Private Real Estate Trust (FCPRET) is a private real estate investment trust that owns and manages multi-family residential and mixed-use properties across Southern Ontario. Investors purchase units in the trust and receive monthly cash distributions from rental income, plus capital appreciation from property value growth.
The minimum investment in FCPRET is $10,000. You can invest using your RRSP, TFSA, RESP, LIRA, or a cash (non-registered) account.
