Results are educational indicators based on the information provided and a versioned set of general rules. They are not funding approval, a program determination, legal advice, an appraisal, or an underwriting decision.

Contact and consent

Your in-progress draft stays in the current browser tab. The preview uses project-level information without sending your personal contact details. A review request is stored only after you explicitly consent and submit it. The applicant then receives one preliminary report by email and Foundation Capital receives a private lead notification.

How submitted information is handled

Submitted information is used to prepare the report, support follow-up, maintain an audit record, and protect the service. Foundation Capital uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, and transactional email. Access to submitted records is restricted to authorized reviewers.

Retention and requests

Submitted information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the feasibility conversation and applicable legal, security, and audit requirements. You may ask Foundation Capital to correct or delete information through the contact channel used for your follow-up. A request may be subject to records that must be retained by law or for legitimate security and audit purposes.

Supported-living concepts

A supported-living screen is not a licensing, care, zoning, fire-code, health-service, safety, or operating approval conclusion. Those questions require qualified project-specific review.

Data boundaries

The public site provides only a concise preliminary view. Internal underwriting assumptions, ranking methods, lender strategy, proprietary program intelligence, investor economics, and another organization's records are kept within the private review environment.
