About Jeff

Jeff Wybo is a co-founder of Foundation Capital and serves as Principal and Trustee. He is the operational backbone of the trust, responsible for everything that happens on the ground: identifying acquisition targets, managing renovations, overseeing tenant relations, and ensuring every property in the portfolio performs at its highest potential.

Since 2016, Jeff has been instrumental in building the portfolio from the ground up. He led the due diligence and acquisition process for each of the trust's 18 buildings across London, Ingersoll, and Chatham, Ontario. His ability to identify undervalued multi-family assets in secondary South Western Ontario markets has been a key driver of the portfolio's growth to 350+ units and $60M+ in assets under management.

Jeff's hands on approach means he knows every building, every unit, and every operational detail across the portfolio. When investors receive their monthly distributions, it is Jeff's operational discipline that ensures the rental income behind those payments is maximized and consistent.
