Before real estate became his full focus, Jeff served in the Canadian Army, including two combat deployments to Afghanistan. Military service taught him discipline, risk assessment, and decision making under pressure. It also taught him that systems matter, because outcomes depend on preparation and execution.
After returning home, Jeff bought his first property as an owner occupied landlord, learning real estate at the operational level: tenants, maintenance, cash flow, and the reality that performance is driven by execution, not theory. As he scaled from small multifamily properties into larger apartment buildings, he saw firsthand the limitations of small deals and the advantages that scale provides.
In 2015, he became a licensed real estate broker, helping Canadians acquire duplexes, triplexes, and small apartment buildings. Seeing transactions from both the investor and operator side reinforced a simple truth: successful real estate investing comes down to disciplined acquisition, professional management, and a clear understanding of fundamentals.

He has been directly involved in acquiring and operating more than 250 multifamily units across Southern Ontario, using a conservative value add approach focused on operational improvements, cash flow durability, and long term asset quality.
